Q. How can I lock in prices for all customers on a Field Plan?
A. Use the Apply Prices to All button on the Prices tab. Select the Quoted status in the upper left hand corner before clicking the Apply Prices to All button. If it is not done in this order, other customers in the split may not have the correct pricing.
