With similar functionality to Customer Product Quotes, this feature allows pricing that a vendor has promised on a product to be saved. Quotes may be saved at either the vendor Profile screen or the Purchase Order screen. At the Purchase Order screen, the same icons are used as Customer Product Quotes to signify when a quote exists.
At the vendor Profile tab or the Purchase Order screen, select the Notepad button to bring up a report option that prints to screen (or paper) showing product quotes in place for the currently selected vendor and other vendors.
