Purpose
The Products Purchased dashboard displays a total purchased by dollar amount for various dimensions.
Details
This dashboard is based on non-voided Purchase Invoices. Each chart on the dashboard can be selected to filter the other charts. Hovering over cells displays additional information for that line item.
Those areas displaying the Total Purchase Dollars information includes the line item extension AND add-on charges that are of type Vendor Bill AND actual freight costs.
The Products Purchased by Department displays total dollars purchased based on the Department Selection drop-down menu in the upper right-side of the window. The available options are Sales Class, Category, or Department Name.
The Products Purchased by Department Location displays the total dollars purchased based on the department location.
The Products Purchased by Manufacturer displays the total dollars purchased by product manufacturer.
The Products Purchased by Fiscal Month displays the total dollars purchased by fiscal month.
The Products Purchased by Vendor displays the total dollars purchased by vendor.
The Products Purchased by Products displays the total dollars purchased by product. Only the top 10 products are displayed.
