Setup of 3rd Party Applicator to Print on Custom Application Sheet

Q.  How do I print the address/phone number of the 3rd party applicator/application business on the Custom Application sheet?

A.  The 3rd party applicator must be set up at the Hub / Setup / Applicators / Select Applicators / Edit Applicators Information screen with Type set to {3rd Party}.

There are several scenarios that may produce different results on the Custom Application printout.

When a 3rd party applicator is selected and follows the rules indicated below, the information printed on the Custom Application sheet will include Name, Address1, City, State, Zip, Phone1, and Phone2. Slashes will not be included if the information is not populated.  

These various scenarios are explained below:

Scenario One:

If only a 3rd party applicator is selected, that information will print below the Applicator Signature. 

Scenario Two:

If a non-3rd party applicator is selected on the ticket, the applicator’s license number/expiration date is displayed to the right of the Applicator’s Signature line. 

Scenario Three:

If a 3rd party applicator and a non-3rd party applicator are selected as applicators on the same job, the information for the 3rd party applicator will print below the Applicator Signature. The non-3rd party applicator’s license number/expiration date will display to the right of the Applicator’s Signature line. 

Scenario Four:

If more than one 3rd party applicator is selected on the ticket, the first 3rd party applicator found will be the one printed.

The example below is a printout when just the 3rd party applicator is selected as described in Scenario One.

The example below is of a printout when both a 3rd party and non-3rd party applicator are selected for the same Blend Ticket as described in Scenario Three.
