Mag-Filer Form Resolution

Some high-resolution monitors may have difficulty with the print resolution on the tax forms printed using Mag-Filer. There are a few options for resolving this issue.

1. Run compatibility troubleshooter from the Mag-Filer properties.
   1. To access the utility, right-click on the Mag-Filer icon.
   2. Select Properties.
   3. Click the Compatibility tab.
   4. Select the Override high DPI scaling behavior option, and Application in the dropdown selection box. If this option doesn’t exist, then mark the Disable display scaling on high DPI settings option.
      
2. Print to PDF instead of printing to the screen or printer.
3. On the Print Format window, select the Printing version 1 option.
4. Use a different computer without a high-resolution monitor.
5. Adjust the monitor resolution down.
