GPOS/Sales Reporting - Supplier eLink

The following lists provide some sales and inventory exports.

B2B Required

• Inventory Actual Usage Export – Export an inventory report to Winfield/Land O' Lakes. This export includes Product Amounts on Hand and Bookings that are not invoiced, deleted, or voided.
• Bayer GPOS Export – This allows for the reporting of Bayer seed sales and associated Grower information via the export and transmission of seed invoices to the Vendor. This functionality is only available with Bayer CropScience.
• Inventory Snapshot Export – This is a Bayer seed export that sends Product Amount on Hand and the quantities sold on Grower Orders not yet delivered or invoiced.

B2B Not Required

• Grower Sales Text File – This export reports sales to manufacturers through a clearing house (i.e., Ag Data, Data Dimensions).
  Note: This may require a separate activation.
• PMR Export – This export was developed to send Customer Sales Invoice information directly to Land O'Lakes/Winfield via Web Transfer.
  This replaced Agrimine.
