The Inventory Snapshot export, found at Accounting / Transfers / Export, is a Bayer seed-only export.
B2B Setup
Navigate to B2B / Setup / Inventory Snapshot and enter the following:
- Web Service URL – https://ewsot.us.f4f.com/F4FInbound
- Seed Season Start – 09/01/YYYY (replacing YYYY with the appropriate year)
- Version – 5.1.1
Running the Export
In Agvance, navigate to Accounting / Transfers / Export / Inventory Snapshot. Indicate the Vendor, Locations, and Products to be included in the export. A prior year database can also be included. Choose OK to generate the export message.
The InventoryActualUsage section shows the Amount on Hand quantity of the Product(s).
In the InventoryUsageActual section, it shows the quantity sold to the Grower (on Grower Orders) but not yet delivered/invoiced.
- FROM information comes from B2B setup for the Agvance default Location the User is logged into when the export is done.
- TO information is the Vendor Name and B2B designated identifier from the Vendor's Attribute information (AGIIS-EBID/GLN) for the Vendor selected on the export.
- BUYER information comes from the B2B setup for the Agvance default Location the User is logged into when the export is done.
- SELLER information is the name of the Vendor selected for the export and the B2B designated identifier from the Vendor's Attribute information (AGIIS-EBID/GLN) for the Vendor selected on the export.
