Purpose
The Finance Charges Collected dashboard displays the amount of Finance Charges collected each fiscal month compared to the amount of Finance Charges charged each fiscal month. The section displaying Finance Charges Written Off by Discount on Payment displays Invoices where a discount was taken by a user on a payment for Finance Charge Invoices.
Details
The Finance Charges Charged by Fiscal Month visualization only includes Invoices containing the Finance Charge products as a line item. The Finance Charges Collected by Fiscal Month visualization only includes payments for Invoices with the Finance Charge product as a line item. The right side of the dashboard includes payments of Finance Charge Invoices which have been discounted by a user on a payment.
