View Customers in Grain View of SKY Grain. Select Favorites to see a list of favorited Customers or Recents to see Customers with whom business has been done most recently.
Alternatively, choose Search all Customers to open the Customer Search grid. To favorite a Customer and have them show up in the Favorites list, select the Star. Favorites have a yellow Star icon and display at the top of the grid.
Selecting a Customer either from the Favorites/Recents list or the grid navigates to the Customer Details page.
Choose View Customer Details to see the Customer's address and contact information and Notes at the top of the screen. This information can be minimized by selecting Hide Customer Details. To switch to a different Customer, choose Search all Customers and select from the grid.
Tabs across the top can be selected to view different Grain information for this Customer.
Balances
The Balances tab shows the Customer's Total Regular, Total Prepay, Unapplied Cash, and Advances balances. The grid below shows Scale Ticket balance information with the option to Refresh Balances to ensure what is shown is most up-to-date. The Totals line can be hidden or displayed by turning the Summaries toggle off or on respectively.
Activity
This tab shows Assembly Sheets and Scale Tickets once an Assembly Sheet is selected. Optionally show Open and/or Closed Assembly Sheets and Scale Tickets.
Highlight the desired Assembly Sheet then choose Select to display the associated Scale Tickets.

Choose Deselect to display the full list of Assembly Sheets and choose another.
Purchase Contracts
View Purchase Contracts for the Customer. Use the Filtering section to narrow down contracts displayed. Purchase Contracts display in a grid upon selecting Apply Filters. Select the + in the bottom right to add a Purchase Contract for the Customer.
Settlements
View Settlements for the Customer. Use the Filtering section to narrow down contracts displayed. Settlements display in a grid upon selecting Apply Filters.
Offer Contracts
View Offer Contracts for the Customer. Use the Filtering section to narrow down contracts displayed. Offer Contracts display in a grid upon selecting Apply Filters.
Sales Contracts
View Sales Contracts for the Customer. Use the Filtering section to narrow down contracts displayed. Sales Contracts display in a grid upon selecting Apply Filters.
Obligations
