Balances
Grain Balances can be viewed by Commodity or by Location. Select the Ellipsis button to change the view.
Purchase Contracts
A Purchase Contract allows recording the agreed upon price, quantity, and delivery date of a commodity to be purchased from the customer.
The Purchase Contracts tab lists contracts by Commodity and Contract Type.
Selecting the Eye expands the line item to display the Contract #, Location, Date Established, Contract, Received, Remaining, and Price.
Choose the Download icon to view or download a PDF.
Purchase Contracts can be narrowed down by using the Filters button or the Search field. Search for Purchase Contracts by Commodity or Contract Number.
Scale Tickets
Scale Tickets are used to track product being received. Product must be weighed and recorded on a Scale Ticket and the Scale Ticket must then be attached to an Assembly Sheet.
Select the Ellipsis button to view Scale Tickets by Ticket, Assembly, or Commodity.
The Scale Tickets tab shows all Scale Tickets for the selected customer. The quick view information displayed includes the Ticket #, Date, Commodity, Location, Gross Units, Net Units, Assembly, and the Farm.
Selecting the Eye expands the line item to display the Gross Weight, Tare Weight, Net Weight, Gross Units, Dock Units, Shrink Units, and Net Units.
Use the Search Scale Tickets field to find a specific Scale Ticket or choose the Filters icon in the top right to filter the Scale Tickets by Date Range or Commodity.
Select the Ticket # to view Scale Ticket details including Units, Weights, Grades, and Split Arrangements.
Settlements
View Grain Settlements by Commodity or Location. Select the Ellipsis button to switch between views.
Use the Search Settlements field to search for Settlements by Commodity, Contract #, Original amount, Settlement #, and Location. Additionally, Settlements can be filtered by Location, Date, Commodity, Disposition, and/or Status by selecting the Filters button.
Open settlements to Basis Fixed, HTA, Priced Later, Deferred, or Grain Bank. The units and Settlement number are included.
Select the Eye button to view additional details.
Grain Offers
View Grain Offers from Agvance on the Grain Offers tab in SKY Customer. Choose the Filters icon to specify a date range or to include/exclude those with a status of Open or Closed.
The Search Grain Offers field can be used to narrow down the list even further.
Select the Expand to view additional details regarding the Grain Offer.
