Agvance supports financing through AgQuest, giving the ability to import loan information and connect financing directly to Customers.
Setup Requirements
To enable the AgQuest integration, an Agvance Support representative will assist with the initial setup and configuration. During setup, provide the AgQuest Company ID. Once configuration is complete, the integration can be connected to the AgQuest production environment using the API option.
Using the Integration
After setup is complete:
- Import AgQuest loans into Agvance.
- Link imported loans to Agvance Customer accounts.
- View Available Balance information within the Invoice area.
Important Notes/Limitations
- AgQuest financing cannot be used for Payment on Account transactions.
- Reporting functionality related to these financing payments is not available.
- Available Balance information is only displayed when using Windows Agvance.
