Q. I need to send an Invoice, Delivery Ticket, Blesend Ticket, or map via e-mail. Can this be done in Agvance?
A. To send documents via e-mail, download a PDF print driver. Several companies offer free PDF drivers that will serve the purpose. Once installed, select the PDF driver at the document print screen. These documents can be sent in a PDF form that can be opened, viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader (also a free download).
When printing a document from Agvance such as an Invoice, a Delivery Ticket, Blend Ticket, etc., be sure to select the PDF driver from the drop down list.
When the PDF document appears on the screen, save it to a location and make a note of where it is being saved. Then, create an email to the recipient of your choice and attach the PDF document before sending.
