Purpose
The Online Payments Scheduled dashboard lists online payments that have been scheduled.
Details
This dashboard displays the Customer the payment is for, when the payment was initiated/when it will post, and the payment amount and what Invoices it will pay if applicable.
The Scheduled Date is the date the payment was entered online. The Posting Date is the date the payment is expected to post. Time is Central Time.
- Central Daylight Time (UTC-5 second Sunday in March to first Sunday in November)
- Central Standard Time (UTC-6 first Sunday in November to second Sunday in March)
The Payment Statuses include:
- Scheduled – The payment was successfully scheduled online but has yet to be processed.
- Canceled – The payment was successfully canceled by the Grower.
- Started – The payment has been picked up to be processed.
- Rejected – The payment has been rejected for posting.
- Reversed – The payment was successfully reversed by Heartland.
- Voided – The payment was successfully voided by Heartland.
- Completed/Processed – The payment was successfully scheduled online and has been processed.
