Q. When attempting to print a hazmat sheet for products linked to Agrian, the screen goes white and the hourglass spins for an extended period of time before the document prints. At the time of printing, a message also appears on the screen stating:
The Hazmat document that you will print may not accurately show the current Agrian data for all products.
A. In this case, the AVG antivirus was interfering with this functionality. To see if the antivirus program is interfering, temporarily disable the antivirus software on the machine running the Agvance program files and try to print the hazmat sheets for those products again. If disabling the antivirus software appears to eliminate the issue, contact a hardware person to make proper changes to the antivirus program to allow for this functionality.
