An alternate location GLN may be used when utilizing ‘Hub’ ordering for Crop Protection Products or when there is a conflict with GLNs between vendors.
Setup
To add alternate GLNs, open the B2B icon and navigate to Setup / eBusiness. The Locations grid includes columns titled Alt. Code Type and Alt. Value. Using the chart below as reference, determine the GLN each vendor expects for each type of message. For those messages using the alternate GLN, enter the appropriate information in the Alt Value column with the Alt Code Type containing the same information as the Code Type.

Once the eBusiness Setup is complete, for each message type, mark the vendor line to send the Alt GLN Code as applicable.
