- What version of Agvance Ops is the user on?
- Can the user send support email of error?
- Can the user log out and log back in?
- Has the user uninstalled and reinstalled the app?
- How many users are having this issue?
- Are there any errors or messages that show?
- Is the user an App only or Full user?
- Is this issue with Blend Tickets and/or Delivery Tickets?
- Is the user able to access the email account to which the account is linked?

- Has the user clear cache and hard reset?
- Are filters set correctly?
- Can the user log out and log back in?
- How many users are having this issue?
- Are there any errors or messages that show?
- Is this issue with Blend Tickets and/or Delivery Tickets?
