Purpose
The Profit Summary tab displays total profit and margin as well as profit and margin per product based on the selected date range. The Profit by Invoice tab helps to identify Invoice line items with a margin below the desired threshold. The Per Unit Averages tab shows the average selling price, average invoice cost, and average margin changes over time.
Details
Enter a Margin Threshold in the Filters to help identify which line items fall below the threshold. The Salesperson on the dashboard is based on the salesperson indicated on the Invoice. Profit is calculated by using sales and cost from Invoices. The red dot indicates lines less than or equal to the user-defined margin threshold. This dashboard honors user restrictions based on product location.
