This dashboard honors User restrictions based on login Location.
Purpose
The Payment Register dashboard provides a centralized view of Payment activity, giving the ability to track payment amounts, methods used, and transactions paid.
Details
Payment Register Tab
View Payment recaps.
- Total Payment Amt – Amount of money collected from Payments. Excludes UAC used to pay Invoices/Bookings.
- Amt Paid on Transactions – Amount of money applied directly to Invoices/Bookings. Includes UAC used towards paying an Invoices/Booking and excludes any discounts taken.
- Amt Sent to UAC – Amount from Payments sent to Unapplied Cash.
- Amt of UAC Used – Amount of UAC used to pay an Invoice/Booking.
Payment List
View Payment header-level information. See which transactions were paid by a Payment and what Payment Methods were used by selecting the Payment Number. This will display that information on the Payment Detail tab.
Payment Detail
To populate this tab, select a Payment Number on the Payment List tab.
This tab lists which transactions were paid by a Payment what Payment Methods were used.
