The Electronic Price Sheet Import allows the supplier’s available pricing information to be imported for the current season by Vendor, Price Zone, and Product Crop Code. Additionally, the Location may be selected, as well as which Price Level to update. Currently Bayer, Winfield, and Corteva offer importing prices electronically.
- Within Agvance, navigate to Accounting / Transfers / Import and select Electronic Price Sheet. Choose the appropriate Vendor.
- If not already selected, in the drop-down, choose Price.
- Enter the Price Zone and Product Crop Code to update in the corresponding fields.
Note: The supplier provides a list of their Price Zones and Product Crop Codes. - Enter the Request Date and select the Location of prices to update, and the Price Level to which the prices will be imported. Optionally, select the checkbox to Update the master product location instead of the selected location. Select Get Prices.
- The Electronic Price Sheet Details window displays with results displayed in two grids.
- Products Found – This grid displays Products in Agvance with a matching GTIN in the supplier's system.
- Product Not Found – This grid displays Products in the supplier's system that were not found in Agvance. To bring a Product in this grid into Agvance, copy the GTIN into Agvance Data Link, link the Product, and return to this window to update pricing.
- By default, all Products listed in the Products Found grid are tagged. Optionally, select to untag Products as needed. When done, select Update Prices.
