Vehicle Management in Dispatch provides a centralized location to view, add, and maintain Agvance vehicles within Agvance SKY. In addition to existing legacy vehicle functionality, Dispatch now supports defining vehicle compartment information, enabling improved capacity tracking and supporting Ops/Tender Driver workflows.
Vehicle Setup
Vehicle Management is located within Company Settings and can be found under the Vehicles tab. The Vehicle Setup page displays vehicles in a grid format, allowing vehicle information to be reviewed and maintained directly within Dispatch. Each row represents a vehicle record stored in Agvance.
The grid supports filtering and column personalization to assist with locating specific vehicles. Filters allow vehicle records to be narrowed based on operational needs, such as location or type. The Active column indicates whether the vehicle is currently enabled for use in Dispatch related setups.
Vehicles may be added by selecting the + Add Vehicle icon. Existing vehicles may be edited directly from the grid, and vehicles may be inactivated if no longer in service. The Vehicle ID must be unique and cannot be modified once the vehicle has been created in SKY.
Vehicle Compartments
Dispatch supports defining compartment information for vehicles. Compartment details are configured during vehicle setup and allow multiple compartments to be defined for a single vehicle. Vehicles may contain varying numbers of compartments, and compartments within the same vehicle may have different capacities.
A Compartment Capacity Type must be selected before compartments can be added. Capacity may be defined in Gallons or Pounds. Once compartments are created and saved, they cannot be edited. This restriction ensures consistency in capacity tracking across Dispatch workflows.

Vehicles must be enabled to be selectable within Applicator, Delivery, Tender, and Integration setups. Accurate vehicle and compartment setup ensures equipment is assigned appropriately within Dispatch processes.
