Managing Loaded Vehicles in Blend Shed - Agvance SKY Dispatch

After a Tender Driver's vehicle is loaded, the Manage Load window in Agvance SKY Dispatch is where a blend shed operator reviews what is in each compartment, unloads products that are being returned, and reprints the load sheet. Changes are staged in the window and are not applied until they are saved.

To open the window, select Manage Load on a Tender Driver's tile on the Blend Shed page.

Note: The Manage Load button displays on a Tender Driver's tile only when the vehicle has products loaded.

Review the Load

The Manage Load window shows the vehicle's compartments and what is loaded in each one. The window is scrollable, so every compartment can be reached.

Each compartment shows:

  • Compartment - The compartment number.
  • Loaded Quantity and Capacity - The amount loaded against the compartment's capacity, shown in the header as Loaded QTY / Capacity QTY UOM. For example, 1850/2000 Lbs.
  • Tickets and Products - The tickets, mix groups, and products loaded in the compartment, with the quantity loaded for each.
  • Mix Group - For VRT loads, the mix group loaded in the compartment.

Unload Products

Unloading in the Manage Load window records product that is returned, not product that is applied. Unloading a ticket or mix group reduces the amount loaded and increases its Product Remaining.

To unload:

  1. Find the ticket or mix group to unload within its compartment.
  2. Select Unload for that ticket or mix group.

Note: Users must choose Save Changes after selecting Unload for changes to be saved.

Print, Save, & Close

Select Print Load to generate the load sheet in a new browser tab, where it can be printed or saved. See Grouping and Loading Tickets - Agvance SKY Dispatch for how the load sheet is first created during loading.

Save or Cancel

  • Save Changes - Saves any unloads staged in the window, then closes the window.
  • Cancel - Closes the window without saving.

Note: If the window is closed with unsaved changes, a warning displays first.
