If necessary, Delivery and Blend Tickets can be unlocked by those with the Role Permissions in Agvance SKY Admin (Utilities - Unlock Blend Tickets and Utilities - Unlock Delivery Tickets).
In Agvance SKY Order, these tools are found under Utilities.
To unlock a ticket, select the appropriate utility, check the appropriate tickets, then choose Select & Close.
