This dashboard honors restrictions based on Customer Location.
Purpose
The Tank User Defined List dashboard provides a view of key maintenance and activity dates for each Tank based on the User-defined date fields set up in Energy. It gives the ability to quickly see when important actions were last completed. The dashboard is designed to make it easy to compare activity across Tanks, and identify overdue or missing updates.
Details
Sort the date columns by using the buttons at the top of the dashboard (Last Painted and Regulator Changed). With these buttons, the sort order will be ascending only. Selecting a button again will reset the sorting.
Sorting can also be applied by selecting the column headers for Tank Serial Number, Tank Description, Customer ID, Customer Last Name, Customer First Name, or Driver Name.
Note: Using these sorting options will override the Sort By date selection (the buttons at the top of the dashboard). To re-enable sorting by date, choose Reset View on the toolbar.
The dashboard only includes the User-defined dates were a User-defined date label has been set up at Energy / Setup / User Defined Tank Data Headings.
