Q. A window in Agvance was resized and now the resize area is unavailable to make it smaller. Some of the other buttons are also unavailable so the transaction cannot be completed.
A. To reset a screen in Agvance that has been resized back to its default size, hold down the Ctrl and Alt keys on the keyboard and right-click on the transaction window. A window will appear asking if to reset the window size to the default. Choose Yes.
