Q. Why did the following error occur when saving at Edit Product Pricing in Hub / Utilities?
The record can't be added or changed. Referential integrity rules require a related record in table ProdAcct.
A. This error may occur when the ID of a product is edited and saved at File / Open / Products while the Edit Product Pricing screen is open. None of the edits at the Edit Product Pricing screen will be saved. Reselect the products and enter the changes again. The Product ID that was edited should not cause an error the second time as the new ID will be recognized when reselected.
To avoid this error, no edits to products should be taking place while the Edit Product Pricing utility is being used.
