Supplier eLink provides the ability to import the supplier's available pricing information for the current season. B2B login information is required to access supplier prices.

- Complete the Setup Price Sheet window at B2B Setup / Setup / Price Sheet using the supplier drop-downs on the B2B tab.
- Ensure Product setup is complete. See the Product tab below for more information.
- Ensure Vendor Attributes on the Vendor tab below have been created.
Note: It is possible these have already been set up for other processes. - Ensure Location setup is complete in Agvance Windows and B2B as indicated on the Location tab.
B2B
The Price Sheet utility is used to import Customer pricing for seed Products.
- Vendor – Select the Agvance Vendor for connectivity.
Note: Separate Winfield Vendors must exist when both Price (Seed) and Cost (Crop Protection/Chemical) are used. - URL – Enter the supplier-specific URL found under the drop-downs below.
- Logins – Double-click to enter login information provided by the supplier.
- Connection – Choose the appropriate supplier-specific Connection found under the drop-downs below.
- Code Type – Select the supplier-specific Code Type found under the drop-downs below.
- Use Alt. Location Code – If Location GLNs are not consistent by supplier, alternative Location codes can be used.
- API Profile – Select for Winfield.

Product
GTIN
The GTIN serves as a cross-reference between Agvance and the supplier. GTINs can be imported from existing data or linked through Agvance Data Link. While they can be manually added, it is advised to utilize Agvance Data Link to return values directly from AGIIS.

Location
Location GLNs should be verified with any/all suppliers before attempting connectivity.
B2B / Setup / eBusiness in the Value column of the Locations grid with the respective Agvance Location
- Location – Agvance Location that represents connectivity
- Code Type – AGIIS-EBID
- Value – GLN for the Location using connectivity.
- Cust ID – This is used with seed orders.
- Alt. Code Type – AGIIS-EBID
- Alt. Value – Used to accommodate multiple GLNs or GLN conflicts.
Note: By default, the system uses the information set in the Values column across all B2B processes unless Use Alt. Location Code is selected.
