Obtaining the UDID for iOS Devices

In order to install the Agvance Mobile Sales App on an iDevice, the user must give SSI their UDID. 

To obtain the UDID follow these steps:

1. Open iTunes on your computer and plug in your iPhone or iPad.
2. Under DEVICES on the left side of the screen, select your device.
3. On the top portion of the screen you should see the serial number for your device. Click on the words Serial Number, and it should change to Identifier (UDID) followed by a 40 digit ID.
4. Send this ID in an email to the SSI representative you have been working with.
