No Valid Agvance Login

The following error message may display after double-clicking on the Agvance icon and before the login screen appears:

You do not have a valid login for Agvance. Please contact your supervisor for access.

The database may be set to automatically log into Agvance using Windows credentials (preference located at Hub / Setup / Company Preferences).

If the User trying to log into Agvance does not have Windows login information set up at Hub / Setup / Users, this error will display. Once the Windows login information is entered, the User can automatically log into Agvance. The password entered here should be the Windows password.
