Reach out to SSI Support if interested in setting up NMI payment processing. A few questions will be asked before setup can be started:
- Which Merchant processor is preferred? This can be existing or a new processor choice.
- Will this be a no card present, card present, or both for payments?
- Will ACH payments be processed?

Navigate to Accounting / Utilities / NMI Credentials.
Note: Once setup is complete, NMI Payments can be processed (NMI Payments).

- Location – Select the Location from the drop-down where NMI is being set up. Alternatively, double-click the Location label to search for and select the Location from the window that displays.
- NMI URL – This is the NMI Gateway URL.
- Private Security Key – The Private Security Key generated from the NMI Portal is entered here.
- Public Security Key for SKY – The security key for SKY is entered here to be able to add NMI Payments in SKY/Grower360.
- Use Location for NMI – Checking this option lets Agvance know to use the NMI service for the Location selected.
- Save – When changes are made to the top half of this window, be sure to select Save.
Devices
Devices must be registered to the NMI Gateway account using an API key.
Devices can be added, edited, or deleted using the buttons in the bottom right. Once changes are made, choose the Save button in this section.
- Devices – This grid shows credit card devices added to the Location.
Note: Devices cannot exist in more than one Location. - Registration Code – Enter the six-character code found on the device.
- Nickname – Give the device a Nickname.
- Description – Enter a Description for the device.
- View Transaction Log – Select View Transaction Log to open a new window to search for and filter NMI transactions. The default search uses the current Location and a date range of the last seven days. Raw responses of the NMI transactions and PDFs of the Agvance transactions can also be viewed in a separate window and printed from within this window. This button can also be managed with Role level security.
