Q. Can a company working over terminal services run multiple RANCO automated blenders using the Agvance RANCO Interface? For example, a company has multiple locations each with their own RANCO automated blender. They use terminal services and have the Agvance db-activated RANCO interface.
A. Option one: Add a new blender number for each additional location so the products are setup correctly. It is a matter of correctly mapping the com port to the machine controlling the blender at each location. Locations can use the same com port number since they are mapped to different computers.
