The Load Tender Driver window in Agvance SKY Dispatch is where a blend shed operator reviews a Tender Driver's assigned tickets, groups like tickets together, and stages products into the vehicle's compartments. Nothing is committed until the load is finished, so products can be arranged and adjusted first.
To open the window, select Load Tender on a Tender Driver's tile on the Blend Shed page.
Below the window title and the Tender Driver's name, the Select tickets to load into the vehicle section lists the assigned tickets, with grouping on the right. Vehicle Storage and the Current Load Summary are below. Use the tabs below to group tickets, load compartments, and finish the load.
Note: The window does not open if the Tender Driver has no vehicle assigned, the vehicle has no compartments set up, or the Tender Driver has no blend job assigned. An error message explains which item is missing.
Assigned Tickets
When the Load Tender Driver window opens, assigned tickets display as tiles. Tickets are sorted by schedule date, then by job order within each date, matching the order of jobs on the Schedules page.
Each ticket tile shows the ticket number and acres at the top, a selection checkbox, and a product grid with these columns:
- Products - The products on the ticket.
- Rate - The product rate.
- Mix - The mix group number, used for VRT tickets.
A VRT chip displays on VRT tickets only. Product Remaining shows at the bottom of each tile.
A greyed out ticket tile cannot be selected. A tile is greyed out when:
- No Product Remaining - No product remains to be loaded, but the applicator has not finished the job yet.
- Unit Mismatch - The ticket's product units do not match the assigned vehicle's units. For example, gallons cannot be loaded into a vehicle measured in pounds.
- Fails Validation with a Selected Ticket - Another ticket is already selected, and this tile does not meet the rules to group or load with it.
Product Remaining
Product Remaining is how much product is left to load for a ticket. It is the total inventoried product on the ticket minus what has already been loaded across all Tender Drivers.
- Non-VRT Tickets - Product Remaining and the unit of measure show on the bottom line of each ticket or ticket group.
- VRT Tickets - A VRT - Product Remaining drop-down displays. Select it to expand a grid of mix groups with the product remaining for each.
- Grouped Tickets - Product Remaining shows the amount for the tickets assigned to the Tender Driver being loaded.
Product Remaining displays in gallons or pounds based on the ticket's product set type.
- Dry, Feed, Other - Pounds.
- Liquid, Suspension - Gallons.
Group Tickets
Grouping combines like tickets so they can be loaded together. Grouped tickets display in the Grouped Tickets area on the right side of the window.
Note: Before any tickets are grouped, this area shows Group tickets in order to see their combined information here.
Grouping Rules
Tickets must meet these rules to be grouped:
- Non-VRT - Multiple Products - The products on each ticket must match, and the rate of each product must match across tickets.
- Non-VRT - Single Product - The product on each ticket must match. Rates do not have to match.
- VRT - The products of each mix group must match.
- Liquid or Dry - All tickets must be either liquid or dry. Liquid and dry tickets cannot be grouped together.
Group Tickets
To group tickets:
- Check the box on two or more assigned tickets, grouped tickets, or both.
- Select Group Tickets below the assigned tickets.

If the tickets meet the grouping rules, a new ticket group tile is created, and the source tickets are removed from the Assigned Tickets area. If they do not, the group is not created, and a message explains which rule was not met.
Ungroup Tickets
Select Ungroup on a ticket group tile to break the group apart. The individual tickets return to the Assigned Tickets area. If the group was partially loaded, the returned tickets keep the correct Product Remaining values.
Load Compartments
Loading stages products into the vehicle's compartments, listed in the Vehicle Storage section, for review. An empty compartment shows Nothing Loaded Yet.
remain.

When loading a ticket group, the earliest scheduled ticket assigned to the Tender Driver loads first. Once it is full, loading continues with the next earliest scheduled ticket. To empty the compartments and start over, select Clear Compartments.
Load VRT Mix Groups
When a VRT ticket or group is loaded, a selection window opens. Each compartment displays as a header with its remaining capacity, and a drop-down lists the mix groups with the product remaining for each.
- One Mix Group per Compartment - Only one mix group can be selected per ticket or ticket group within a compartment.
- Matching Products - Products must match.
- None - Select None to leave the compartment's mix group blank.
Compartment Totals
Each compartment header shows the loaded quantity against the capacity, as Loaded QTY / Capacity QTY UOM. For example, 1850/2000 Lbs or 0/2 Gal. The total updates as products and quantities are added or removed, and values round to three decimals.
Edit Loaded Quantities
Edit the quantity in a compartment line item to adjust how much is loaded. The cursor stays in the text box until another spot is selected. Quantities round to three decimals.
Load Summary and Finish
Current Load Summary
The Current Load Summary sits above the finish buttons and updates as tickets and mix groups are added to or removed from compartments. It shows each ticket, the quantity for each ticket, and the Total Batched quantity. Quantities use the vehicle setup's unit of measure.
Finish the Load
Two buttons at the bottom right of the window complete the load. Cancel Load at the bottom left closes the window without saving.
- Finish Load - Removes any products already in the compartments, then writes the new tickets and mix group quantities being loaded into the vehicle compartments.
- Finish Load and Print - Does the same as Finish Load, and also generates the load sheet document in a new browser tab to print or save.
After either button is selected, the window returns to Blend Shed.
