When choosing classifications to narrow report results in Agvance, the following options are available to choose from at the bottom of the Classifications window:
- Include if ANY are true – Returns only those items that exist in any of the selected Classifications.
- Include if ALL are true – Returns only those items that are in all of the selected Classifications.
- Include if ANY are false – Returns only those items that are NOT in all of the selected Classifications.
Example: The database contains four Products: A, B, C, and D. Classification Anhydrous has Product A and Classification VRT has Products A and B. Using Include if ANY are false will return Products B, C, and D when both Classifications are selected. - Include if ALL are false – Returns only those items that are not in any of the selected Classifications.
