Q. Why is the DPR Actual column not being updated when the Grain Inventory Report is run?
A. When the Grain Inventory Report updates the DPR Actual column, it is being driven by the DPR Date that is entered by the user. The Grain module goes to the first DPR it finds with that date on it, and uses the information it sees. If more than one Post to DPR transaction has been entered for the day, it will not see multiple entries. Thus, the Grain Inventory report must be run again with the Report Date edited to the following day.
The second (preferable) solution would be to run the report by DPR report number, choosing the second DPR created for the day you are reconciling against.
