Q. The Scale Ticket printer has a cut paper function but it is not working.
A. The printer driver for the printer Telpar has a cut paper function that allows the printer to utilize a roll of paper to print scale tickets. Since the driver has a built-in cut command, the printer port should be set to None to allow the printer driver to function. The printer port can be set in the Scale Interface / Setup / Configure Scale Interface.
If a port is selected, the printer driver is ignored.
