Q. In the Energy module, how does the Update Budget/Create Bookings utility calculate the quantity for the Booking being created?
A. The prior season and current season delivered amounts and the Minimum Quantity from the Setup tab are compared. The largest of these three amounts is rounded to the nearest 50 or 100 gallons, based on the Rounding Gallons specified on the Setup tab, and used for the Booking quantity.
