Unbilled Tickets Dashboard

This dashboard honors user restrictions based on Login Location.

Purpose

The Unbilled Tickets dashboard can be used to determine the number of tickets and quantity of those tickets that have been loaded but not yet invoiced. The Unbilled Tickets Summary tab displays the number of tickets and quantity at a less granular view while the Unbilled Tickets Detail tab shows ticket detail at the line item level.

Detail

The Unbilled Tickets Summary tab shows the number of unbilled Blend and Delivery Tickets. The breakout by range of number of days since the ticket was loaded shows a count of tickets that have been loaded and unbilled in the past 7 days, 8-14 days, 15-21 days, 22-28 days, and over 28 days. The scatterplot shows a dot per ticket and plots it based on the number of days passed since the ticket was loaded and the total quantity of product on the ticket.

The Unbilled Tickets Detail tab shows the unbilled Blend and Delivery Tickets by Loaded Date, Location, and Salesperson. Selecting a row of one of these visualizations filters the list of tickets at the bottom.
