- SKYD-538 / Product Sets – Product Sets can now be added/edited in SKY Order.
- Why – This gives the ability to manage Product Sets while remaining in Agvance SKY.
- When/Where – Product Sets are maintained in SKY Order under Utilities in the left navigation.
- Action Required – Company Admins will need to enable the Utilities - Blending Product Set Management permission in SKY Admin per User.
- SKYD-870 / Blends/Plans Matching Products – If using a Template that is company-wide and has Products from a Location other than the Ticket Location, SKY Order will find the matching Product(s) for the Location where the Template is being applied using the Product ID and Inventory Department Category.
- Why – This gives the ability to choose which Product should be used on the transaction when there are multiple Product matches.
- When/Where – This can be seen when using a company-wide Template with Products from a Location other than the Location on the transaction.
- Action Needed – No action required.
- SKYD-444 / Edit Product Set from Order Form – Product Sets can be edited when adding/editing a Blend, Plan, or Template.
- Why – This gives the ability to make edits to the Product Set without needing to leave the transaction page.
- When/Where – When adding/editing Blends, Plans, or Templates, there is an Edit Product Set button in the Order Details section.
- Action Needed – Product Sets are set up under Utilities found in the left navigation of SKY Order. Company Admins will need to enable the Utilities - Blending Product Set Management permission in SKY Admin per User.
- SKYD-1271 / Paying a Booking Transaction List – Payments on Bookings can now be initiated from SKY Order.
- Why – This makes paying a Booking more efficient.
- When/Where – A Pay Booking button/column has been added to the Bookings grid.
- Action Needed – Permission to take a Payment in SKY Customer must be enabled in SKY Admin to use this feature.
- SKYD-1352 / Paying a Booking from Adding/Editing – A new option is available when adding/editing a Booking to Take Payment upon Creation of this Booking.
- Why – This makes paying a Booking more efficient.
- When/Where – This option is available under the Notes section when adding/editing a Booking in SKY Order.
- Action Needed – Permission to take a Payment in SKY Customer must be enabled in SKY Admin to use this feature.
