Overview

When accessing North Dakota lienholder information for Agvance Grain, follow the steps below. 

Setup

The North Dakota Central Indexing System User Manual outlines the steps to gain access to lienholder data in a format which imports into Agvance Grain. 

1. Create an account (page 3 of the user manual).
2. *IMPORTANT* Contact Lori at the ND Secretary of State office (701-328-3663), and ask to use the Agvance format.
3. Purchase a Buyer’s Report Subscription (page 45 of the user manual).
4. Follow the user manual to download the file.
