Prepare multiple products at once for use in Agvance Blending and Planning.
- Navigate to Hub / Utilities / Admin Utilities. In the Agvance Utilities module, navigate to Hub / Batch Edit Products.
- Choose Select on the Edit Product Information window to choose products to be edited. Double-click on the desired products and select Done.
Note: Select similar products to edit together. For example, select an entire department or a single product with multiple package sizes. - Choose the state of the product from the drop-down menu in the Solid/Liquid column.
- Enter the product Density.
- Enter the product units of measure (Blend Units, Rate/A Unit, Inv Units, Pack Units, Billing Units).
- Select Calc Ratios.
Note: If the units of measure are standard (Lbs, Tons, Ozs, Gal, Pts, or Qts), the ratios (R2B Ratio, B2I Ratio, Package Size, Billing Divisor, and Unit Weight) populate automatically. If one or more of the units are non-standard, the ratios must be manually calculated using the formulas below. These line items will be highlighted in red.- Rate to Blend Ratio – This is the number of Rate/Acre Units in one Blending Unit.
- Blend to Inventory Ratio – This is the number of Blending Units in one Inventory Unit.
- Billing Divisor – This is the number of Inventory Units in one Billing Unit.
- Package Size – This is the number of Inventory Units in one Package Unit.
- Unit Weight – This is the number of Lbs in one Inventory Unit.
- Manually calculate any missing ratios.
- Select Save.
