This dashboard is based on data from a scheduled extract that occurs daily and honors User restrictions based on Customer Location.
Purpose
The Customer AR History dashboard displays a Customer's ending balance for a selected month in the current fiscal year and Invoices/Payments for a selected beginning fiscal month/year and ending fiscal month range.
Details
The ending fiscal month will always be for the current fiscal year. The list of transactions also includes a running balance. The balance in the last row is the ending balance. The balance in the last row is the ending balance. The balance in the first row is a calculated beginning balance: Ending Balance + Invoices - Payments.
