Customers can adjust settings on iPhones to utilize the Touch ID or Facial Recognition features with Grower360.
The following steps allow Touch ID or Facial Recognition to work with the Grower360 app using an Apple device.
Note: This is a general guide. Depending on the device iOS or type, this may not reflect the exact steps to be taken.
- Within iPhone Settings, under Touch ID/Face ID & Passcode, turn on Password AutoFill.
- Ensure the User Name and Password are associated with the correct app URL by going to Settings / Passwords.
- Open the Grower360 app.
- Tap in the Email field to open the keyboard.
- Choose the Passwords shortcut and use Touch ID or Face Recognition (whichever is available for the device being used).
- From the list of saved login information, choose the appropriate User Name and Password.
- Tap Login.
