Create either an equation or manual Rec in Agvance SKY Mapping and send it straight to a Plan rather than having to import the Recommendation. This saves time and provides an efficient workflow.

Send Rec to Plan
This is based on Equation or Manual Recommendations for Fields or for Zones within Fields.
Note: The Send Rec To User Role must be assigned in Agvance SKY Mapping to enable this functionality.
- With a Field selected, navigate to the Rx tab, then select the Ellipsis to the right of the Recommendation. Choose Send Rec To, then Agvance Plan.
Note: Currently, only one Rec can be sent at a time.
- Settings here are pertinent to Agvance.
- Location – The Location selection determines which Product Sets are available in the Product Sets drop-down.
- Pricing – Choose from Not Quoted, Quoted, or Price Offered.
- Quoted – Pulls in the price on the Plan.
- Agvance Crop – The Crops listed here come from the Crop Maintenance setup in the Hub at Setup / Crop Maintenance.
- Agvance Crop Chemistry – Choose an item and review the Plan.
- The Products displayed below the drop-downs indicate the Products linked in Agvance.
Note: Products chosen not linked from Agvance Windows will display an empty Agvance Product in the Send to Agvance Plan window in Agvance SKY Mapping.
- Upon selecting Send, a message displays indicating the status and name of the Plan (e.g., Sending Rec to Agvance…Plan Created: My Plan).
Note: Recs can only be sent to a Plan ONCE.
Review Plan
- In Agvance Windows, edit the Field Plan.
- Review all tabs.
- On the General tab, review the Crop, Crop Chemistry, and Product Set.
- On the Products tab, review the Rate/Acre and Unit for the Products and compare to those in Agvance SKY Mapping. The Product linking ensure rates and units are adjusted accordingly.
