Inventory Unit
(Set up on Product Profile tab)
Quantity unit shown on Invoices, Sales Orders, Field Plans, Haz Mats, and other point of sale documents.
Unit Weight
(Set up on Product Profile tab)
Weight of one Inventory Unit in pounds. It is important for items such as Blending, Haz Mats, calculating Extra Charges, the Maximum/AverageDaily Inventory report, etc.
Package Unit
(Set up on Product Profile tab)
How the product is packaged. This unit displays on the Haz Mat, the Delivery Ticket window, the Physical Inventory Worksheet report, etc. 
Example: Jugs, cases, tote, lbs, gal, etc.
Package Size
(Set up on Product Profile tab)
How many Inventory Units in one Package Unit. This is important for Delivery Tickets, Haz Mats, and the load copy at the Invoice Print window.
Billing Unit
(Set up on Product Pricing tab)
The unit by which an item is priced.
Billing Divisor
(Set up on Product Pricing tab)
How many Inventory Units in one Billing Unit.
Rate to Blending Ratio
(Set up on Product Blend Setup tab)
How many Rating Units in one Blending Unit.
Blend to Inventory Ratio
(Set up on Product Blend Setup tab)
How many Blending Units in one Inventory Unit.
Density
(Set up on Product Blend Setup tab)
If density is unknown, use the following as a default:
  • Liquid – 10lbs/gallon
  • Dry – 75lbs/cubic foot
