Mapping July 2024

Version 4.14

Web

  • HW-11066 / Import Application Custom Blend – For imported Application Events where there is an established rate for the Product Mix, a Blend can be created/edited without being impacted by the actual rate. When selecting Create Blend and adding a Product, there will not be an actual rate on that Product. The Blend cannot be saved with a single Product. Once multiple Products have been added with manually entered rates, selecting Save updates the Blend's total rate to match the imported data's actual rate like loading a Blend.
  • HW-11286 / Sampling Tissue Batch Create and Copy – The Batch Copy and Batch Create of Tissue Events works as expected.
  • HW-11403 / SKY Planting Report – The Alias Variety Hybrid was added to the Planting Attribute within the SKY Planting Report. Additionally, the Point Display for multiple Varieties displays as expected.
  • HW-11410 / Import Tissue – Tissue Event surfacing behaves like other Event types as expected.

Mobile

  • HW-10754 / Sampling Copy Event – When copying a Sampling Event, the Zone area extends to the full field boundary resulting in a Whole Field Zone.
  • HW-11386 / Sampling Lower Visibility of Zone Crosshatch – The visibility of the crosshatch used in Sampling Events has been refined so surfaces and base maps can be seen more easily beneath the crosshatch. Additionally, when creating a Sampling Event using a Layer, the line width of the Zone borders is reduced to make them less distracting.

Version 4.13

Web

  • HW-10529 / Auto Import Planting – A new child User Role was added to the Auto Import Data under Preferences called Unspecified Variety which defaults to unchecked. When unchecked and the import cannot find a matching Variety, the Brand and Variety are set to the Unspecified Brand and the Unspecified Variety/Hybrid, avoiding the need to select a Brand/Variety for every Monitor Variety. Additionally, auto import of Planting data with no seeding rate now imports as expected.
  • HW-10530 / Auto Import Application – A new child User Role was added to the Auto Import Data under Preferences called Unspecified Product which defaults to unchecked. When unchecked and the import cannot find a matching Product, the Product is set to Unspecified, Dry if the Rate Unit is in lb./ac or ton/ac and to Unspecified, Liquid if the unit is gal/ac. This avoids the need to select an AgBytes Product or a Product Mix for every unmatched Product. If the unit or some other value is missing, the Product is set to Unspecified, Dry. Unspecified, Dry and Unspecified, Liquid will be added as new Products.
  • HW-11025 / SKY Grower Summary Report – The SKY Grower Summary - Application report with over 500 Recs works as expected. Additionally, if a Blend Name is not added, the report breaks out the Product detail of the blend.
  • HW-11336 / Data Exchange – The Data Exchange logic was updated so that the file count is not removed until the process has finished the Onsite data conversion.
  • HW-11348 / Telematics Setup Auto Exchange – The Data Exchange button no longer needs to be selected repetitively to get new files. A checkbox option called Auto Exchange was added to the Add/Edit Connection Type area in the Telematics Setup. When active, a nightly job retrieves new files available in the last 24 hours that were not downloaded using the manual Data Exchange option. The manual Data Exchange method to retrieve older historic files is still available. All three connection types - MyJohnDeere, Climate Field View, and Raven Slingshot - are supported.
Note: Call Support for implementation of the automatic auto download functionality.
  • HW-11391 / Satellite Imagery – A few miscellaneous items were addressed:
    • Cloud cover for the True Color image and NDVI match for selected dates as expected.
    • Imagery Setup populates the Season Filter drop-down when a 2024 Event or Rec is absent as expected.
    • The Imagery Setup processing status works as expected.
    • Editing the Imagery Setup to add True Color when one imagery type is present (e.g. NDVI is checked) works as expected.
    • The Imagery Setup process works as expected.
    • The Field name was added to the Imagery Setup header.

  • HW-11394 / RTK Boundaries – Adding an RTK Boundary that is very large/dense works as expected.
