The Ledger app in Agvance SKY provides a quick view of General Ledger account information to easily explore and track entries.
Accounting
- View all accounts filtered by the current Fiscal Year.
- Quickly view total account balance for Debits and Credits.
- Search by account number or account name to further filter the display.
Account Details
- Drill down into account detail to view Beginning Balance, total Debits, total Credits, and Current Balance for the account.
- Easily identify Journal Entries by icon.
- Filter by Fiscal Month or Date Range.
- Search for a specific Vendor, Journal Entry #, or Description by typing in the search bar.
- View PDFs of various transactions including items saved in KwikTag.
Journal Entry Detail
- Drill down to view Journal Entries to view Vendor ID, Source, User, and Reference number.
- View transaction details including Account ID, Account Name, Debit and Credit details, and Quantity.
