Q. When adding attachments to fields in Agvance, the button became disabled (grayed out). How can attachments continue to be added in this situation?
A. The attachment size may have exceeded the SQL database size allowed in Agvance. When the size limit is reached, the button to add attachments becomes unavailable.
To continue adding attachments, upgrade to a full version of SQL (Workgroup/Standard/Enterprise) where there is no limit on database size.
Note: Attachments may be added to fields, employees, vendors, farms, and customers.
