The cost of a Manufactured Formula is calculated from the costs on the raw materials that make the Manufactured Formula. Whether the program uses Average, Last, Estimated Average, or Replacement Cost is determined by what is set at Accounting / Setup / Inventory Departments. This cost can be determined by editing the appropriate department, going to the G/L Posting tab, and selecting the cost from the Compute Invoice Cost drop-down menu.
