Jobs
Jobs are defined as Blend Tickets or Delivery Tickets. One ticket can create multiple jobs if the ticket is a multi-field Blend Ticket.
Blend and Delivery Tickets show up in the Agronomy Work Orders window. The tickets displayed are filtered using the criteria selections at the bottom of the window.
Current Status
Jobs are assigned one of the 5 statuses:
- Ready – This is the default status for all jobs.
- On Hold – These are jobs on hold for delivery.
- Out –These are jobs that have left the building.
- In Process – These are currently being applied.
- Completed – These are jobs that have been completed.
Note: On Hold jobs in the Dispatch module are not to be confused with tickets that are on hold for billing.
Color of Jobs in Grid
Geo-referencing allows the jobs listed in the Agronomy Work Orders window to be displayed on a map for easier scheduling. The color of the job in the grid indicates the source from which the geo-referencing is compiled.
- Black – Black indicates the job is geo-referenced using the lat/lon in the field file.
- Green – Green indicates the job is geo-referenced using the lat/lon of the Ship To address.
- Blue – Blue indicates the job is geo-referenced using the lat/lon assigned to the customer address.
- Red – Red indicates the job is not geo-referenced.

- Loaded – This has relieved inventory but not yet invoiced.
