  • AN-3718 / Tank Delivery History Dashboard – The Tank Delivery History dashboard can now be filtered by Driver.
    • Why – This makes it more efficient to see sales information for Energy Products by Driver.
    • When/WhereDriver Name has been added to the Filters area of the Tank Delivery History dashboard which is found under Energy.
    • Action Needed – No action required.
  • AN-3730 / Payment Register Dashboard – The Payment Register dashboard is now available in SKY Analytics, providing a centralized view of Payment activity and giving the ability to track payment amounts, methods used, and transactions paid.
    • Why – This dashboard provides a Payment listing with the ability to drill into Payments for additional details.
    • When/Where – This dashboard can be found under Accounts Receivable in SKY Analytics.
    • Action Needed – No action required.
  • AN-3745 / Tank User Defined List Dashboard – The Tank User Defined List dashboard provides a view of key maintenance and activity dates for each Tank based on the User-defined date fields set up in Energy.
    • Why – This gives the ability to track the last time the Tank was tested for a leak.
    • When/Where – This dashboard can be found under Energy in SKY Analytics.
    • Action Needed – Set up User-defined date labels at Energy / Setup / User Defined Tank Data Headings.
  • AN-3742 / Sales Commission Dashboard – The Sales Commission dashboard now displays the Invoice Date as the Paid Date where the Invoice is marked as paid due to prepay or a $0 price.
    • Why – This gives the ability to track Prepay Invoices.
    • When/Where – The Sales Commission dashboard is found under Accounts Receivable in SKY Analytics.
    • Action Needed – No action required.
  • AN-3741 / Dormant Customer Analysis Dashboard – The Dorman Customer Analysis dashboard is now available in SKY Analytics.
    • Why – This dashboard identifies Customers with zero Regular/Prepay/UAC balances, no AR activity, and no Patronage across multiple years.
    • When/Where – This dashboard is available under Customer in SKY Analytics.
    • Action Needed – No action required.
