List View - SKY Dispatch

It is recommended to display the List View and Schedules View using dual monitors as they work in conjunction with one another. Use the Filters menu or Search field to narrow down jobs and the Viewing menu to switch between Blend and Delivery Tickets. 

Searchbar

  • More Information Icon – This displays information for all selected jobs including Product Totals, Work Type Totals, and Crop Totals (if applicable). Primary and Secondary assignees can be indicated here for Blend Tickets. Delivery Drivers can be indicated for Delivery Tickets here as well.
  • Selected Job Information – View information related to the selected jobs.
  • Dock Searchbar – Opt to dock the searchbar to the right, left, top, or bottom of the screen.
  • More Options Icon – (This is for Blend Tickets only.) Choose the Ellipsis to Deselect All, Set jobs to ready, Set jobs to on hold, Save/Print custom app sheet(s), Save/Print blend ticket(s) as PDF(s), Generate Automated Blender File(s), Save product totals as PDF, or Send Files, or Set Ship Via(s).
    • Selecting Send Files displays the Send Prescription File window to send VRT files to Slingshot accounts from Dispatch. Drag and drop or select browse to locate the appropriate zip file.
  • Drag Searchbar Icon – Select and drag to move the searchbar to a different area.

Blend Jobs

When opening Dispatch, the List View page displays Blend Tickets created in Agvance.

View Applicators assigned to jobs or assign/unassign them from this page. View Comments if present (indicated by a blue Message icon). The Priority Level displays as a colored circle by the Ticket number.

Blue fonts indicate this field can be selected to view more information or make changes to the job.

Fields with a red icon and in red text indicate those jobs are not geocoded.

The following actions can be taken on the List View window:

  • Job Status – Select in the Job Status column to change the status to Ready, In Process, On Hold, or Completed.
    • When jobs are marked as Completed, a text and/or email notification is sent to growers in Grower360.
  • Requested Date – View the Requested Date set from Agvance Inform or select the Calendar icon to adjust the Requested Date.
  • Billing Comments – View any billing comments for the job by selecting the blue Message icon.

Selecting a Blend Ticket displays the Blend Ticket Details window which includes the Blend Job, Products, and Totals.

  • Blend Job – The information displayed on the Blend Job includes the Customer, Field, Area, Ordered Date, Requested Date and Completed Date. A priority can be set by selecting the Pencil icon beside the Priority Level.
    Note: Priority Levels must be established before they can be added to a Blend Ticket in Agvance. Setup for Priorities is found on the General tab under Company Settings.
  • Generate Automated Blender File – If automated blenders are set up in Agvance, the dispatcher can create the file for the blender.
  • Additional Info – Enter Additional Comments and/or Applicator Comments.
  • Products – The Product Name, Rate, and Total are displayed. Selecting Set Ship From Locations allows the option to identify the location and department(s) from which the product will ship. Select Set Sell From Locations to choose the appropriate Sell From Location for all products and Sell From Department for each product. Choose the Pencil icon by Ship Via to make a selection. The Product Set can also be changed by selecting the Pencil icon.
  • Totals – The Weight per Acre, Total Weight, Volume per Acre, and Total Volume is displayed.

Each field on a multifield ticket can be assigned to a different Applicator.

Delivery Jobs

View Delivery Tickets created in Agvance by selecting the Viewing menu and choosing Delivery Tickets. This list gives quick access to basic information about the jobs.

View Delivery Drivers assigned to jobs or assign/unassign them from this page. Blue fonts indicate this field can be selected to view more information or make changes to the job.

  • Choose jobs by selecting the checkbox for each job or select the checkbox in the header row to select all jobs.
  • Select in the Job Status column to change the status to Ready, In Process, On Hold, or Completed.
  • When jobs are marked as Completed, a text and/or email notification is sent to growers in Grower360.
  • Select the Delivery Ticket Number to view more information about that specific job.
